Our Customer Complain Process as below:

Step 1: Get clear issue description from customers.

Step 2: Find out the root cause within 1-2 days.

Step 3: Take soon action after discussing with customers.

Step 4: Establish or update the long-term action to avoid the same mistake.

Step 5: Do the complete  CCP report, and send to customers for review.

 

2.Artworks & Packing:

SPENQ could provide all kinds of OEM or ODM service to our customers.

SPENQ also could provide our own brand "SPENQ MEDICAL" to our distributors/agents in each market.

 

3.Payment Term & Trade Term & Delivery:

SPENQ can accept T/T or L/C as payment term. 

SPENQ can accept FOB or CIF as trade term.

SPENQ can delivery each order within 30days after confirm as uaual time.
